When can we board/ check in?

Boarding begins at 5 P.M, all guests are expected by 8 P.M. Please notify us if you are arriving earlier or later and we will try to accommodate you the best we can.

When do we return?

We return to our departing destination by 11 A.M. the final morning of the trip.

Where can I park?

Belfast, ME

Guests can conveniently park within walking distance to the ship in the dirt parking lot at Front Street Shipyard. 101 Front St, Belfast, ME 04915

Newport, RI

Guests can park in the public parking lot behind the Marriott Hotel. And then walk over to the ship at Newport Yacht Club.

Guests can take a taxi from the airport to the town dock in downtown Halifax.

Where do we meet the ship?

Belfast, ME

Guests can meet the ship at the Belfast town dock.

Newport, RI

Guests can meet the ship at Newport Yacht Club, not to be confused with New York Yacht Club, it is easy to mix up the two.

Here you will meet one of our delightful crew members and take a launch out to the ship in the mooring field.

What if I forget something?

You will have an opportunity after breakfast the first morning to run to shore and pick up any last second items.

Packing list:

  • Soft luggage only; there is no room for hard suitcases

  • Casual and comfortable clothing

  • Sweaters

  • Swimsuits

  • Sneakers/ shoes suitable for a hike

  • Warm socks

  • Rain jacket

  • Sunglasses and Sunblock

  • Camera

Gratuity:

The crew works hard to make sure you are able to have an unforgettable experience. It is customary to thank your crew with a tip that is 10%-20% of the total cost of your trip. Crew accepts cash or Venmo, present any crew member with your tip and they'll make sure it is shared equally with their crew mates.

What if I have a dietary restriction?

Please let us know in advance upon booking your trip. Our chef works hard to accommodate every dietary restriction. We also ask again upon check in. The chef also usually checks in with our guests individually during the first breakfast.

Is there alcohol aboard the ship?

We do not provide alcohol, however you may bring your own and store it in one of our coolers on board.

Should I bring snacks?

You are welcome to bring snacks and store them in the galley with the chef. We do not allow food in your stateroom as we work hard at keeping the ship clean for our guests. However, there will be more food than you could imagine on board the vessel. If you are hungry there are usually leftover pastries and snacks from the previous meal.
